What about the Itthinx Updates plugin? Once installed, go to your Network Admin > Plugins, network activate it and while on the Plugins page click on Settings for this plugin and add your license key.

Once Itthinx Updates is network activated, you can enter your license key in its settings.
Indeed I couldn’t agree more, this is why you get a notice to install/or network activate Itthinx Updates once you visit the site where Affiliates plugin is installed. But perhaps we should reconsider this prompt.

I have installed both Enterprise as well as Affiliate MS meant for Multisite. I am not able to see any field to locate the license.
