Getting warning instead of form

When I insert the shortcode I am receiving this warning: Warning: Missing argument 2 for unloadOverwriteTitle() in /home3/ironman/public_html/bagij.com/wp-content/themes/unload/app/lib/settings.php on line 174

    Hi,
    Thanks for clarifying this.
    There might be some kind of conflict between the theme and the Formidable plugin then.
    Unfortunately, I don’t have any knowledge about that particular theme and the issue would be resolved much faster if you contacted support for the Unload theme (this is Webinane’s page where you can submit your ticket request -> https://webinane.ticksy.com/).
    Meanwhile, if you have any questions or problems with the Affiliates Pro plugin and its extensions, I’d be most happy to help you.

    Hey there!
    I’m feeling a bit lost here, could you clarify the issue, like which shortcode do you mean exactly, which plugin is it from, what page are you using it on, is it in the admin or on the front, etc?

    Judging from the warning you’ve pasted, there’s some conflict here with your theme, but I really can’t say anything more definitive unless you provide more info.
    It might be even better if you grant temp admin access and send us the creds on our email: help [at] itthinx [dot] com.
