Getting Sales assigned to affliates if someone doesn’t use the affliate link

We have been running into a problem where some people are going directly to the website and not with the extended URL for our Affiliates. When in reality every sale on the website should be attributed to an affiliate(aka Representative). We want to make sure the sales are going to the proper affiliate that will associate the sale to the affiliate and any affiliates that are linked.

The website is built on Woocommerce and we have the enterprise affiliate plugin along with
• Affiliates permanent
• Affiliates by Username
• Affiliates addtoany integration
• Affiliates WooCommerce Integration

Current Bandaid Solution
The current band aid solution is that in the check out we have added a full name or Username of the representative who referred them. However it’s not integrated so it gets added as information to the order and creates a manual process of us looking at the record and associating it to the right affiliate. ( https://sourceonesbliss.com/checkout/ )

Looking for two possible solutions if someone could help us.

Option 1 – When a user first arrives to the website (not through an affiliate url) they can narrow down and select their affiliate. So that will allow them to get the cookie on there computer to complete orders and it’s associated automatically to the proper affiliate.

Option 2 – Part of the checkout process to be integrated with our affiliates so they can narrow down and pick the right Representative which then automatically applies it to the order to the proper affiliate.

    Hi Richard,
You could use the ‘woocommerce_checkout_order_processed’ action to create your own solution using the Affiliates API.
    Kind Regards,
