Generating a new user

Hi,

I’ve installed woocommerce, groups, woocommerce groups, paypal express and sensei – to sell premium courses. The payment flow is nearly working except new users are not being added to the system and being sent their log in details.

How do I set this up please?

    This was sorted in the end as we discovered we hadn’t even included shortcodes! Thanks for support

    I wonder if you could tell me where I go in groups to cehck how it is creating a new user?

      I’d still like to know how are you using the shortcodes please, if they are not set up correctly, then that would be the problem.

        I wish I knew, i employed a programmer to set this up and he turned out to not be as good as he said. So where would I find where he put the shortcodes? I prsume on specific pages?

        Would I have to go into the code of woo commerce checkout to find that stuff? Thanks so much for your continued support.

    Yes I get that too and I’ve check with my host adn they tell me there is nothing disabled on their end. Could anything else be causing this?

      I’ve tested signing up through the affiliate area and it worked well, password email received etc.

      Hi,
      it seems there is a problem with your email system. I have tried to register but I haven’t received any email. If I try to recover the password, then this message is showed:
      The e-mail could not be sent.
      Possible reason: your host may have disabled the mail() function.

    Hi kento, thanks for getting back to me, to be honest I’m not sure, I have a programmer who set it up but apparently not very well – is there a particular tutorial that I am missing on this?
