Formula-based rates for month

Hello, you told me to contact you once you bought the plugin (https://www.itthinx.com/plugins/affiliates/comment-page-11/#comment-1079388)
to set it up according to these rules:

5% 0-20 products sell in a month
7% 21-40 products sell in a month
10% 41-60 products sell in a month

Can you help me?

Regards

  1. Hi Fabio,

I think it’s better to provide temp admin access to your site and also make sure to enable WP debugging. For the admin credentials you may use my personal email address, george at itthinx dot com.

    Kind regards,
    George

  2. Hi Fabio, you’re welcome.

The referrals will show up in the Affiliates Dashboard straight away once they are recorded, but only those that are accepted or paid will be shown. The pending ones are still awaiting confirmation by the site admin and therefore they are omitted from the Affiliates Dashboard and only appear in the backend.

    Kind regards,
    George

The orders are in completed status, but nothing in Affiliates Dashboard.

I have only 1 visit and nothing in earnings.
Can be a problem of payment with direct bank transfer?

  3. Hi Fabio,

Yes this is possible, please remove the formula addon you have and re-install the modified version I just added.

    Kind regards,
    George

Thank you so much George, i have installed your code and test it with a develop version of website.

I created the c * s rule as you told me and tried to make purchases with a test account via the affiliate link (https://staging-detuvume.kinsta.cloud/?affiliates=2)

The purchases have been successful but are not displayed in the affiliate dashboard.

Will they appear at the end of the month?

  4. Hi Fabio,

Yes it is possible, you need to check every order item for two specific categories and increase or not the count of these products. What you need to do is basically modify the get_order_item_count helper function and instead of counting all the items, you first need to check on which category these items belong to and if these are the categories you want, then count them in.

    Kind regards,
    George

Ok, can you help me to add this code?

  5. Hi Fabio,

I have created the custom formula calculation for you which you may download as a zip file from here and then install it on your site as any other plugin.
Once installed and activated, please go to Affiliates > Rates, create a new Rate, select as Type -> Formula and as Value enter c*s.
The formula will check the products sold in the previous month’s accepted referrals for each affiliate and will adjust the rate accordingly.

    Kind regards,
    George

Hello, ok i have check your code and installed on website.
But I need a small modification, at this moment your script counts all the products that are sold while I would like to dedicate it only to 2 product categories (ID 56 and 55), is it possible to do this?
