Formidable Integration

I am using Affiliates Pro and I am having a problem with the Formidable integration. I am using Formidable Pro, as well as the Affiliates Formidable plugin. I cannot get the referral function to work. Whenever a user submits the particular form, it’s not generating a referral to be paid.
