Fatal Errors and/or Plugin Conflicts

Hi!

There is a fatal error on my site due to a request for hundreds of terabytes of RAM.
It happens when all of my plugins are activated and I attempt to view or update https://protectivediet.com/wp-admin/profile.php
The error goes away when I deactivate the Affiliates Pro plugin.
I am curious if there are any known plugin conflicts that might be causing this.
If there are not, what other resolution would you suggest?
In case you are interested a list of the plugins we use may be found:

  1. I found a conflict between affiliates pro and profile builder pro. Deactivating profile builder pro resolved the fatal error What is the next step?

    1. Hi Jerry,
      Please enable the debug, edit wp-config.php and replace the following line
      define('WP_DEBUG', false );
      with these lines
      define('WP_DEBUG', true );
      define('WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false);
      define('WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );

      Then try to enable the plugin. If errors exist then a file named debug.log under wp-content folder will be created.
      Please send me this file to antonio[at]itthinx[dot]com indicating this topic.
      Thanks,
      Antonio B.

  2. Hi Jerry,
    sorry I can not replicate the same issue. Also, if I visit my profile backend page with my itthinx user, I don’t have this problem (please try with another user).
    I think that this can be caused by a conflict with another plugin.
    I suggest that you create a copy of the web for testing and deactivate all plugins except Affiliates Pro. Then go activating one by one and seeing when the error is generated, so we can detect what is the conflict.
    Kind Regards,
    Antonio B.
