Fatal error sending test email

Hi, I’m geting a fatal error on sending emails. What can I do?

    Hi George,

    I just fixed it in this moment. I was thinking about the last time it worked and realized that few days before I updated all plugins. So I searched for a plugin conflict and I founded it. It was a conflict with a SMTP plugin. I changed it and now all works fine.

    Hey Pablo,

    Thanks for that, but I’d rather have a look at the whole debug.log file and not only the error.
    Apologies for insisting on that file, but the Groups Newsletters version you’re running is using additional log traces especially for PHPMailer that will help us further investigate this issue.
    You may share the debug.log via an file sharing service or even send it directly to george at itthinx dot com, mentioning the topic title in the subject.

    Hi Pablo,

    Which version of PHP, WordPress and Groups Newsletter do you use?
    Also, it would be very helpful if you share a copy of your debug.log file once you enable WP debugging and try to run a newsletter campaign.

    Hi George,

    The host confirms the server has PHPMailer active and working. It’s strange, because it was working, sending newsletters without problems. But now all campaigns are running (queued). So I tested and get that error.

    The last campaign sent out with success was on Feb 22.

    Could you help?

    Hi Pablo,

    Welcome to our support forum for Groups plugin and its addons.

    From the error indicated it appears that probably PHPMAiler is not installed on your hosting server. Can you please contact your host and also mention this situation. It is possible that the necessary library is missing from the server hosting your site.
