Export Totals with the fields of affiliate registration form

Hi Team,

In my affiliate registration form, I have added the extra fields ie bank account details of the wannabe affiliate, so that I can make payment using local payment processors in India, because almost no one uses paypal here in India.

Please give me the solution/code to have the fields of the Affiliate Registration form in the Export totals to file. I am an amateur coder, and I can put the code in code snippet or functions.php.

The solution/code is the saviour of my business. Please give me the direct solution.

    Hi Eugen Bleck,

    Thank you for your reply, your answer gave me some relief.

    Further, I would like to know if the registration fields can be in the Export total file itself?

    That will be an efficient solution. Else, I guess I will have to do an additional step of vlookup in excel.

    Hopefully there is a possibility to do this.

    Good morning. I trust you are well and safe!

    Thank you for reaching out and for choosing our Affiliates system.

    With regards, to your inquiry, considering they don’t use PayPal after you’ve exported the totals from Affiliates > Totals.

    Please navigate to Affiliates > Manage Affiliates.

    In the Columns section check all the custom bank fields you would like to see/export (Username, Bank account number, Account name, IFSC code, Mobile number)

    Then from the top right, please click on Export. This would generate a file with the username and bank details(Bank account number, Account name, IFSC code, Mobile number) for each affiliate that has signed up.

    At this point, you should have two files, one which contains the affiliate’s username and the amount to be paid(totals file generated) and a second file that holds the affiliate’s username and bank details.
