Export Affiliates function missing from Manage Affiliates tab

We are using version 2.8.6 of Affiliates Pro. Under the Manage Affiliates tab, the option to Export is missing (so is Filters + Columns). The only option in the header is Add Affiliates.

Any insight as to why these functions aren’t available?

    Please update to the last 2.17.0 version. You can use the Itthinx Updates plugin.
