    Hi George, thanks for your time, I had to restore the website because it was inaccessible, we have not updated any plugin or anything on the site. Currently the plugin has been disabled on website 🙁

    Hi,

    I think it’s better to have a look at your Dashboard for this.
    This is probably a conflict by another plugin but it requires further check. You may provide access to your live site or even better a staging copy if available, so that I can freely disable/enable themes and plugins.
    Please send the admin credentials to george@itthinx.com and mention the topic title on the subject.
