Error on clicking itthinx link on worpress dashboard

Message at top\” Please install the itthinx updates plugin to enable automatic updates for your plugins by itthinx.

Click the link and I get the message \”An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with WordPress.org or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.\”

What may be causing this?

    FYI, I’ve sent you Affiliates WooCommerce integration on the email address you used here which is more advanced than the light one and you can manually install it on your site.

    Hi Peter,

    This error is pretty generic for anyone to make a precise assumption on what’s causing it. Although it looks like your hosting is rejecting the request, there are no facts to support my suggestion.
    In the meantime, you can install the plugin manually through this link. After downloading the zip file, you can install it as any other plugin by uploading it through your Dashboard under Plugins > Add new.

      It seems I am having the issue with /wp-admin/admin.php?page=affiliates-admin-settings&section=integrations settings menu with the same error. This error is only occurring with your plugin when I try to install and activate integrations, I can install manually and it works, I wish it would return more information on the error related to your plugin. error.log shows nothing relating to this int he file directory
