Error Message Installing Integrations with Affiliate Enterprise

I just upgraded to Affiliate Enterprise today. I also installed the updater.

I can see all of the Integrations available under settings, but when I click on “install” I get this message:

An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with WordPress.org or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.

I need to install the PayPal integration. How can I fix the error and install the PayPal integration?

Hi Jenna,

I can send you the plugin to install it manually in the mail address you are using here on this site.

You can create a file by name debug.log under wp-content folder.
Then you should go to wp-config.php and replace the line below
define('WP_DEBUG', false);
with these two lines
define('WP_DEBUG', true); define('WP_DEBUG_LOG', true);

    Hi Jenna,
    
    I’ve sent it to you. Please also review the Troubleshooting section on this page http://docs.itthinx.com/document/itthinx-updates/ – there might be another plugin interfering in the update process and you can avoid it by disabling it so you have easier access to future updates and installations.

Hello! Yes, I deactivated, deleted and reinstalled. That did not correct it. I also have Affiliate Pro so I tried that and as well and I am getting the same error. Where can I find the debug log?

Hi Jenna,

Do you get any errors in debug.log when trying to install the integration?
Also, please try to deactivate and delete the plugin, then reinstall and try again.
