Hi Ivan,
I have just sent you the template which will render also the customer name taken from the billing details. You should put the file to the folder in your child theme replacing the previous template file I had sent you.
Kind regards,
George
hi Ivan,
If you set the rate for the variable product then the rate will apply for any of the variation selected by the customer.
Later today I will send you the modified template that will also display the customer’s name.
Cheers,
George
Hi Ivan,
Thanks for providing access to your Dashboard as you probably already have noticed, I have added a referred order and the commission was calculated, while the Affiliates Dashboard shows the correct item under Referrals section.
If you need further assistance with the plugin please let me know, otherwise you can disable WP debugging and delete the template I sent you by email.
Kind regards,
George
Hi, i can see the item, ok, but i want to show the client to bought. (Captura 2)
So, i can see that the rates in variable product is no global??? Before i configured 35% comission for all variables. With rate i can´t?? (capture 3) I have to configured variable for variable??? It´s so terrible.
You can see the capture here: https://nubearagon.com/index.php/s/njo5idX8WMctYW2
Hi Ivan,
Sorry the screenshot is not rendered, perhaps you should have used an image hosting service, but no worries about this I can have a closer look at your setup.
First please check the templates documentation page I mentioned on my previous reply and prepare the folder structure in your theme folder. Then add in there the template I sent to your email address, enable WP debugging and create a temp admin account and affiliate entry for this user using my personal email address, george at itthinx dot com. Using this affiliate link, add a referral for an order containing the same product like the one you’re not seeing a referral item in your Dashboard.
Once this is prepared send me the temp admin credentials to the aforementioned email address to have a closer look at your setup. This way we will be able to debug your case and proceed further with a possible workaround. Once this is resolved I’ll send you another template to display the customer’s name in the referrals section.
Kind regards,
George
Hi Ivan, welcome back to our support forum.
For the affiliate area to show an affiliate their referrals, you need to add the shortcode [affiliates_referrals], or use [affiliates_dashboard] in a new blank page which creates the full set required for your affiliates to view their referring tools and statistics. Please note that in both cases we are talking about front-end tools in which only a logged in affiliate can see the data, the site administrator can only see that data from the usual location in the Dashboard under Affiliates.
Regarding the customer name for each referral, you need a custom implementation for that data to be rendered because the provided tools do not support it. I would recommend you to look at the referrals-entry template which is part of Affiliates Dashboard and if you are familiar with PHP, override it in your theme, modify it and make it render the customer name as well.
Kind regards,
George
