Error Critical when a user register as afilliate

When a new user wants to register as a new affiliate, he returns a critical error.
The user is created in the woocommerce system but not in the affiliate area for approval, nor do they send the notification emails.

It would help me take a closer look at the issue and check how you have the affiliate registration set up.
