ERROR 500 Affilates Enterprise / Woocommerce

Hi there, we have a problem. We’ve installed the Affilates Enterprise Plugin in our WordPress-Website / Woocommerce-Shop. Everything seems to be ok, but if we go to the Settings and try to install the Woocommerce-Integration we get an Error 500. We don’t know where the issue comes from, because there is nothing in the server- and also wp-logs. Same thing also when I try to install other Integrations. Itthinx Updates is already installed (but manually, because via Site we get also the Error 500). Seems only to be a problem with the itthinx-Plugins. The other work fine. Hope to get help. Thank you.

  1. It seems that it is the server that filters the requests.
    I have send you an email with the integrations.
    Kind Regards,
    Antonio B.

  2. Hi Andreas,
    Maybe there is a problem with the folder permissions, please try to enable WP debug editing your wp-config.php file and replace the following line:
    define(‘WP_DEBUG’, false);
    with these lines:
    define(‘WP_DEBUG’, true);
    define(‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true);
    define(‘WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY’, false);

    after that add a file named debug.log under your wp-content folder.
    Then try to recreate the 500 error, and check the debug.log file, maybe we can see the problem here.
    You can send me the debug.log to antonio[at]itthinx[dot]com. In addition, you can send administration access to antonio[at]itthinx[dot]com and I will review your configuration.
    Kind Regards,
    Antonio B.

    1. Sure, please send me an email to antonio[at]itthinx[dot]com indicating the integrations that you need.
      Kind Regards,
      Antonio B.
