Erroneous Referral Compensation

I’m not sure what is wrong with the settings on the affiliate plugin. It’s supposed to track a one time payment of $29.97 for purchasing a subscription for $129.97 but instead they are compensated $3895.200000. I went through the settings but could not find the discrepancy. Would you mind looking over my settings? Thanks

    Hi Jerry,

    Thanks for providing access to your site.

    I have set your commission rate to 0.23 under Affiliates > WooCommerce Integration. Just an easy way for you to remember it, the rate is multiplied by the order total to give you the referral commission.

    Regarding Groups and new users, i added a new user without being referred and wasn’t added to the Registered group. Since there is a possibility that you had deactivated the plugin during my test as you mentioned on your e-mail, i think its better if you could provide a staging copy of your site, so that i can test your other plugins for conflicts without interfering with your live site.
