Enterprise Registration Stopped working

We’re reasonably new to Affiliates Enterprise. We have only 1 registration that has not yet activated the link/banner code. But, suddenly we’ve had a number of customers try to register and the form will not submit. We’re not sure when this happened but could it relate to a recent WP update?

    Hi Scott,
    It seems a conflict with a captcha. In your registration page ( https://liquidshredder.com/skylar-login/?action=register ) I can see the captcha. Please try to disable the captcha.
    You could use the Affiliates Recaptcha integration as alternative.

      Thanks Scott,
      It seems a conflict with another plugin. If you want, you can send dashboard admin access to antonio at itthinx dot com and I’ll have a look at your settings.

    Hi Scott,
    The plugin should work fine with the latest versions. Please be sure you have activated the ‘Allow affiliate registration’ option in Affiliates->Settings:Registration.
    If you have another plugins related to registration, you can try to deactivate them (maybe there is a conflict).
    If you give us an url, we can test it.
