Email will be used for Username – typo?

This note on the Add a new affiliate screen seems wrong; “If a valid Username is specified and no email is given, the user’s email address will be used automatically.”
Shouldn’t it say, “If a valid email is given and no Username is specified…”

    Hi,
    the message is correct, but it’s in the wrong place (should be below the email field).
