When someone applies to be an affiliate the system is not sending any emails to them.
The admin is also not receiving any email.

I have all my email settings enabled so I don’t understand why the emails are not being sent.

I’ve gone ahead and created it with the “WP Staging plugin” (I’m not the only one who edits the site, and others don’t really understand about coding, so I had to choose something in which everyone who works with me understands), to acess it you only need the login info I previously sent at ‘eugen [at] itthinx [dot] com’ on the url ‘https://motospeedbrasil.com.br/staging-/’

Thanks for enabling debug. Please I have registered a test affiliate on the site, Can you send me the debug.log file, so we can examine it.
You can find the debug.log file in /wp-content/ WordPress sub directory.
Please reply with the file (debug.log) or if you can’t find the file at all.

I could not find the file, so I proceeded to creat it manually and test with a new account, it did not catch any error, so I cannot see where it went wrong (the email in the new account also did’nt receive a confirmation email). By any means, the debug.log file is created now, but empty.

Thanks so much for reaching out. I did in fact test the site and realized it was able to send out emails. But NOT affiliate related notifications. Please permit me to explore the path I am exploring now with respect to your topic and revert to you tomorrow. As I would like to update share my findings with the team.
In the meantime, please Enable debugging by adding the following code snippets in your wp-config.php :

define( ‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true );

Good afternoon, I’ve tried all I can to access the site but still, I get access denied.
Please could you get could you contact your host, to check if this IP(41.202.219.73) has been blocked from accessing the site.
In the meantime, please install this PLUGIN to check if the site can actually send out emails.

Hello Eugen,
I contacted my host and really the IP was blocked, now, it’s unblocked and you can access the site and login with the credentials I previously sent you.
I have already tested my site with this and another plugin to check if it’s sending out emails and it’s working perfectly well, all emails are being sent, just the ones from the plugin that are not.
I believe that now you’ll be able to access the site’s panel.
I’ll be waiting for a response.
