Email not sent after signing up

I already updated my affiliates pro and expect that users will receive confirmation email after signup but still not. Notifications are also enabled. Hope for an immediate response, Thank you.

    Hi Vicky,

    Thanks for the update.

    I think it’s better for me to have a look at your Dashboard regarding this request and the other one you reported regarding redirect after signing up.

    You may send temp admin credentials to george@itthinx.com and also enable WP debugging so that I can check your setup and any possible issues logged.

    To enable debugging, edit your wp-config.php file and do the following:
    Replace this line: 

    define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, false );

    with these lines:

    define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, true );
    define( ‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true );
    define( ‘WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY’, false );
