Email is not being sent to admin

When someone signs up to be an affiliate the admin is not receiving an email. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    Hi,
    Unless you have the notifications and “Notify the site administrator” turned off (in Affiliates->Notifications), the notifications will be sent. If you do not receive them check the spam/junk folder as, depending on your email client.
