Duplicate/Double up of Affiliate Referrals

I have un-tick the allow duplicate referral in setting but I still got receiving duplicate referrals for orders for the same order number (i.e. someone purchases via an affiliate link and we are receiving 2 x accepted affiliate referrals for the same order in our Affiliates Pro > Referrals).

I’m currently using:

WooCommerce 3.8
Affiliate Pro 4.6
Affiliate WooCommerce Integration 3.3

    Hi Pisyek,

    I thinks it’s better to make some tests on site. Can you please enable WP debugging and send temp admin credentials for your live or staging site to george at itthinx dot com.

    To enable debugging, edit your wp-config.php file and do the following:
    Replace this line: 

    define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, false );

    with these lines:

    define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, true );
    define( ‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true );
    define( ‘WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY’, false );

    All log messages will be stored in wp-content/debug.log file.

    Hi George

    The user registration is disabled.

    There are 2 different affiliates that got the commission on the same order id

    i.e.

    User A creates an order, user B and C got the commission.

    Hey Pisyek,

    Thanks for reaching the support forum with your ticket.

    Please check your settings and especially under Affiliates > User Registration. Is it possible that you have enabled this option? This can result in two referrals per referred sale if the customer also registers on checkout, so that one referral is for the order and one for the referring customer.
