Double commissions

Hi,
We have the problem that the commissions are shown twice. When a customer buys in Woocommerce, the commission is credited twice to the affiliate. Where can the error lie here?

    Hi Walter,

    This is probably occcuring because you have activated User registration integration. Whenever a new customer registers and makes a referred purchase, the affiliate gets one commission for the referred sale and one for the referred user. You can find out if this is your case if you expand the referral data, description and details under Affiliates > Referrals. If it’s not your case, then it’s better for me to have a closer look by sending temp admin access to george@itthinx.com.
