Don’t find the Affiliates Woocommerce Integration

Hi there,

after upgrading to Affiliates Pro it’s recommended to install Affiliates WooCommerce Integration instead of Woocommerce Integration light. In Affiliates-> Settings-> Integrations or Addons this Plugin is not available. Where do I find this Plugin?

    Hi Ralf,

    If you only see WooCommerce integration light in the list, then you are still using the free version of the plugin. Go to Affiliates > Settings and under the last section make sure that the option to delete data upon deactivation is not checked. Then go to your plugins, deactivate and delete Affiliates free, install the premium version downloaded from Downloads here, activate it and follow the process to install the premium integration.

    Hi George,
    thanks for your response. Before I sent this Topic, I improved that all discribed steps were done properly. Itthinx helper Plugin is installed, license key is pasted. But there is just the Woocommerce Integration LIGHT in the Integration list. Would you please send a .zip file to my email adress ?

    Hi Ralf,

    Thanks for upgrading to Affiliates Pro.

    FYI, the Affiliates WooCommerce integration is named WooCommerce in the Integrations list, found in Affiliates > Settings, Integrations tab. Also, make sure to install Itthinx Updates plugin and enter your license key in order for the system to recognise you as a legitimate user.

    If the integration installation still fails, please let me know.
