Don’t consider returns from customers

The plugin didn’t consider returns from customers. The affiliate partner must not get commission for returned goods of a product. Why is there no update of the order value and commission by the affiliate plugin?

    Hi Dietmar,

    Thanks for being patient.

    For partial refunds, you could only fix manually, by editing the referral and setting the status to rejected.

    Hi Eugen. I was to less in details – sorry. I know this but partial refunds are not working and that is the important part here.

    Sure, I like your plugin and using it since many years. And I have no plans to change it. So I have to ask for solutions sometimes. 🙂

    Thanks for being a valued customer of Affiliate and its add-ons. We also want to thank you for outstanding loyalty to our plugins on itthinx.com.

    You could actually auto-adjust referral status when an order is refunded. The referrals related to the order will be rejected automatically unless they are closed.

    This is possible with the Affiliate WooCommerce Add-on; here’s a link to download a copy.

    Once you have download and installed the plugin, please follow the steps to enable this option.
    1. Navigate to Affiliates -> WooCommerce Integration.
    2. In the Refunded orders section you should see the option: Auto-adjust referral status when an order is refunded, please check the option if not already checked.
