Doesn’t Work!! Please Help

The text file is correct – I have added the queue line and it accepts it but it doesn’t import anything, I have ticked the box that says ‘create groups’ I have tried creating a group and adding the users to it, but still nothing is being read or imported. Image below of result.

    Sometimes there is problem with the end of lines.
