and affiliater can set paypal account on his profile page,

    Hi Zihong,

    Welcome to our support channel and many thanks for using our affiliate marketing tools on your WordPress site.

    The earnings can be payed manually to affiliates in the free version of the plugin, you may see the commission granted in Affiliates > Totals and process the payment manually using your favourite way.
    As far as the premium versions of the plugin are concerned, Affiliates Pro and Enterprise, you can generate a Mass Payment file and process the payments in bulk using ie PayPal or any other payment processors that support that file.
