    Hello Quy,

    I hope you are doing great!

    If you can’t find the debug.log in wp-content directory then it could mean that;

    1. There are no errors. If the debug.log file is not present, it will be created when there is an error. Conversely, if it doesn’t exist and there are no errors it won’t be created until there is an error.

    2. If you have errors but debug.log is not being created, one reason could be apache doesn’t have write permissions on wp-content (the directory WP_CONTENT_DIR is set to) directory.

    I would like to recommend you to try submitting a form after following an affiliate link and send us a copy of the debug.log -if it’s available- after enabling WP Debugging, via wp-config.php.

    Nonetheless, I would like to take a closer look at your settings and site overall to check what could be causing such an issue. For that I would need WP Admin Credentials to the site.
    For security reasons please mail the logins to eugen [at] itthinx [dot] com.

    I look forward to helping you better. While waiting have an awesome day ahead.

    Cheers,
    Eugen

    Hello Quy,

    Thanks for reaching out. Please to offer you proper help for this topic, I would need more information.

    Please enable WP Debug; This can be achieved by,

    – Login into the cPanel.
    – Using the cPanel File Manager or the SSH command prompt, open the wp-config.php file in your preferred text editor.
    – To enable debugging mode, add the following line to the wp-config.php file
    define('WP_DEBUG', true);
    define('WP_DEBUG_LOG', true);

    – Save your changes and exit the text editor. Debugging mode is now active.

    Next please go ahead and add a test referral for a Ninja Form form submission. Once done please mail the debug.log file to eugen at itthinx dot com.

    While waiting for your feedback I remain at your service,
    Eugen.
