Direct Affiliate links through a website before going to subdomain Store site to purchase

Hi Guys Im not sure if this is possible but, My Main website has all the information about products on it as there is a lot of information, and due to the setup i have the store is on a subdomain.

Is it possible for my affiliates links to go to the main site first ( so people can get the Info they need) and then if that referred person wants to purchase then the affiliate links carry over to the Store subdomain website.

The site is www.pureliquidzeolite.com and subdomain is store.pureliquidzeolite.com
