Different rates for different affiliates

Hi there,

we would like to give our affiliates differents rates, depending which affiliates there are.

We want to give our customers the opportunity of “customers recruit customers”. So they’ll get a coupon which they can give other people, if they order they will receive a fixed amount like e.g. 20€.

Other affiliates should recive different rates, here a fixed rate of 10 % is needed. This affiliates are not customers, they are more like calssic affiliates. So we want them to register somewhere (or we register them directly) and provide them a coupon code and a ffiliate link as well.

So we have like these two cases, how is it possible to set this up in affiliate pro? Which Add-Ons (except of WooCommerce integration) is needed?

Can we change the rates for some affiliates as well, like make them individuell? I guess you can to this in “rates” where you can create a specific rate for an affiliate.

Hi Eugen,

thank you very much for the answer. It seems like everything works now.

But I still don’t get how we can recruit affiliates.

1. For “customers recruit customers” it seems like that it is possible to recruit them when they register as a user after their order. Do we have to put them in the group “customers recruit customers” manually after their registration?

And for the coupon, at the moment we have to make a coupon for the affiliate and after that the same for WooCommerce so that both sides get the value. Does this works automatically with your plugin “Affiliate Coupon”?

2. For other affiliates with the fixed rate we want them to register either manually or provide them a link for registration withour a order on our website. Is that possible as well?

  With regards to your first inquiry, yes it is possible to have them added automatically to a group upon registration. This is made possible by an extension developed by my colleague. Here’s a link to the plugin:

  You can download and install this on your site.
  
  You would need to modify line 46 and change the “Customers” to the desired name of a group you would prefer or use as is.

  What the plugin does is it automatically adds new customers to Customers group. If you like you can remove lines 43,44,45,47 and add the group name of your choice on line 46 instead of Customers.
  
  And lastly, it is very possible to have them register them manually. And you can also create a separate group for the customers/affiliate to be who don’t haven’t processed an order.

    For the manually registration, can we send them a link or how does that work? Where do we find the link?

      Do we need one more plugin to automatically cread affiliates user from customer which register? Or is there another way?

Thank you so much for using Affiliates Pro and for being a valued customer of our plugins.

With respect to your inquiry:

You could install our Groups plugin and perform the following:
* Create a group
* From your WordPress admin dashboard, click on Users.
* From there you should be able to assign the desired customers to the group you created above.

Configuring the rate for your grouped customers.
* Navigate to Affiliates -> Rates
* Add a rate of type Amount and specify the 20€(without the currency symbol).
* Select the group you created above for the groups option.
* Click on Create

With regards to the second inquiry:

You would simply need to:
* Navigate to Affiliates -> Rates
* Add a rate of type Rate and specify percentage as 0.1(the represents the 10%).
