Did my topic fall between the cracks?

Not sure whether comments to you guys can fall between the cracks or not, but we have a topic that’s been in a holding pattern for almost a week now, so I’m trying this way.

    Hi William,
    I can see that @George is helping you with this. Remember that support doesn’t include create custom solutions, and @George has taken a couple of days to create a solution.
    Please have a little patience, sometimes we can not answer as soon as we’d like.
