I have offered to an affiliate some products, I would now like to reduce the total amount of these commissions by a certain amount. I don’t see anywhere I can do this

THANK YOU

    Hi Thierry,

On one of your previous messages you mentioned this:

I offered an affiliate 200€ of gifts

And I asked you how did you offer your affiliate a gift? Is it via a Referral added manually?
If this is indeed offered via a referral, why don’t you proceed and edit that referral, making the amount granted 0.
FYI, the following screenshot shows exactly what you should edit in a referral:

If the previous link didn’t work properly, I should apologise but apart from this link, I have also shared a link to the respective page in the documentation related to Managing Referrals, which includes a detailed description on how you can edit a referral.
    https://docs.itthinx.com/document/affiliates-pro/affiliate-program-management/managing-referrals/

Should you need further assistance on this matter or you are uncertain on how to edit a referral then it’s better to provide temp admin access to your site, the referral id to be edited and we can complete this process for you.

    Kind regards,
    George

I still have a tiny last hope that someone will understand my request and try to answer it clearly, I wonder now if I will not regret this investment and the time spent on this plugin, it’s incredible! I’m not a novice, I always manage to understand in this field, but here it looks like bad faith, or maybe you’re overwhelmed with work, I don’t know ….. and to say that I just extended the license. Can you imagine the number of emails sent for this request, the wait for an answer … the time that passes …. ?

the last link you send me does not refer to anything.

If I go to Referral, I try to add a referral with a negative amount … . -243 euros. It doesn’t work.

Can you explain me simply, step by step, how to remove 243 euros to an affiliate, how to do it ? yes I must definitely make a cross on this plugin and put it in the losses ?

    Hi Thierry,

Maybe the translator you use is not that accurate.
As for the gifts you granted to your affiliate, how did you “give” these gifts? Is it via a manual referral?
Regarding already recorded referrals, you should go to the location I mentioned and edit the Amount field as shown below:

    I don’t know if we’ll make it. I use a translator, maybe it’s bad?
I offered an affiliate 200€ of gifts, he has 280€ earned in commission. How can I remove 200€ from his total?

    Hey Thierry,

Thanks for the screenshot, you should go to Renvois in your case.

    Cheers

Thanks, I don’t see where I can reduce the amount of commissions earned by my affiliate.
Look at my screenshot, I’m missing the link “referals” in the menu

    Hi Thierry,

Welcome back to our support channel.

As Eugen mentioned in your other topic, you can adjust the commission(s) set by modifying the respective rate(s). Furthermore, you can set a specific rate for a specific affiliate if when you create a new or edit an existing rate, you select an affiliate from the appropriate field.
Apart from rates and if you like to adjust a commission already recorded for an affiliate, then you can edit the appropriate referral through Affiliates > Referrals.

    Kind regards,
    George
