Customised link to a product page not working

I need some help with the customised affiliates link.

My webdesigner thinks the affiliates username plugin may be having a conflict with one of my other plugins or a page.

She tested her rocko affiliate link, and it wasn’t redirecting properly, so she changed the url to display like this instead
http://hypnobirthinggoldcoast.com.au/aff/rocko
So now that part is working

Then she changed the destination page so that it lands on the shop page
Like this
http://www.hypnobirthinggoldcoast.com.au/shop/aff/rocko
according to the instructions here

Affiliates by Username / Affiliates Products

But this is causing a conflict somewhere.

She suggested contacting you guys (ithinx) and asking them to login and take a look. Can I send you my login so that you can take a look, as I’m wanting this product to launch early this week, and really need the affiliate section to be working properly.
