Coupons were used, but affiliates didn’t receive referrals

Hi there, I’m using woocommerce and affiliates pro as my platform. After I assigned a coupon to one of my affiliates, and set the referral rate to 0.05 (5%), customers who used the coupon get their discounts, but my affiliates did not receive the referral as his amount received is still zero after couple of sales. Can you help me on this?

    Hi Johnny,
    please be sure your coupon code is correct, it’s case sensitive.
    If the problem persist, you can send me dashboard admin access to antonio at itthinx dot com and I’ll have a look at your settings (please indicate this topic in the email).
