Hi, I have purchased your Affiliate Pro and I am hoping for the Affiliates Enterprise. I saw that on my account I had a coupon to get $59 off and when I clicked on it and added to the cart, it did not apply the coupon. Any way to fix that?

It seems odd.

Thank you very much for responding George. However after testing this plugin, and comparing to others, I have decided that the other would be better for what I need. Could I please get a refund for the affiliates pro and for the affiliates by username? I did check your refund policy and saw that you have a 30 refund policy so I thought I would go ahead and ask. Again thanks for getting back to me on all of my questions and trying to help me out with this. 🙂
Thanks for trying the plugins Jenny, we’ve proceeded to refund the orders.
I double checked it. I logged out and logged back in. I even took the item out of the cart and saw that the coupon showed up again. I added it back into the cart and when i entered the coupon, it told me that I am not eligible for the coupon.

Hi, I put in the code that you asked me to put in and now it’s telling me that I have to be an affiliate pro in order to use it. But if you look in my downloads and purchases you can see that I already am. Could you please help me with this?
