Coupon applied but aff commission based on full price, not reduced price

I’ve spent a few hours now looking through the forum to solve a few issues but this last one I can’t find a solution for.

I’m using WooCommerce, Affiliates Pro, and the integration plugin and the product rate thingy to base commissions on a flat rate or the default %.

I just did a test and found that the commission awarded is based on the full product amount, not the reduced price after the coupon applied.

full product price is $49
after coupon applied, price is $1.03
commission awarded is $14.70 which is the full price * .3
should not be more than 30 cents in reality

    Thanks. That worked. I checked off “apply coupon before taxes” and did another test.

    commission calculated correctly

    I also read through the thread on github and Woo seems to be in denial about the error. Oh well.

    Hi,
    this is a bug in woocommerce (please have a look to this topic)
    You can see that your order 11279, the total is 1.03, and taxes 2.45 greater than the total, which is impossible.

    expand details and expand data gives me a total of -1.42

    Hi,
    please check if the order’s total in Affiliates->Referrals selecting ‘Expand details’ and ‘expand data’ in the filter.
