Good afternoon, yesterday I bought the affiliate pro for my website and when I did a test with my mail to make a new affiliate, I sent an email from an email from wordpress with the username, password and a link that I did not send to the affiliate area as it should be, but send me to the control panel of my wordpress, how can I configure that ?.
In addition to the banners I can not upload, it does not give me the option to upload them, thanks
Hello,
Unfortunately, this translation does not offer more understanding for me than using Google Translate (it pretty much looks the same).
Would you please elaborate more on what happens exactly, from what I understand:
1) You have set a Notification by going to Affiliates > Notifications (Doc page found here, if you’d like to check -> http://docs.itthinx.com/document/affiliates-pro/notifications/).
2) You have the [site_login_url] token in the email, correct?
3) When you click the link sent in the email, it sends you to the WP Dashboard?
Would you try logging out of WordPress first and then clicking the link you were sent via the email?
Regarding the banners, what is the exact error you are getting and on which screen? You could provide a screenshot of what happens when you try adding a banner via https://pasteboard.co/ or by uploading it somewhere and pasting the link in your reply.
Cheers,
Denitsa
Hello there!
Would you please translate your question in English? Google Translate does not provide accurate translations and keeping the forums in English further eases searching for particular issues in the topics.
