Compensation levels

Hello, I wanted to know if I could set this type of level of compensation up.

Example

Mary is an affiliate she receives a 30% commission per sale

Mary signs up/refers John to sign up to the affiliate program

Now every time John generates a sale, John receives 30% commission and Mary receives 5% for the sale John generated

Is that possible?

    Hi Eugen,
    Are you ever able to speak to a customer? I do have a question but I am not a good visual learner, I learn much faster if I can speak to someone. It should not take more than 5 minutes.

    Thank you for your help! I appreciate it and I did take some time to browse over the Article as well.

    Just to make sure that we’ve got this set up correctly, I already had rates created without a level, left empty, for the 30% and now I added the 5% (.05) as level 1 – is that correct? Or should the 30% have a level assigned to it as well?

      Yes, you are correct. That is how it should be set up.

    Thank you so much for reaching out and for choosing and using Affiliates Enterprise.

    With regards to your inquiry, yes it is very possible. And this can be done with Affiliate Tiers and our WooCommerce add-on.

    Here’s how to go about it:
    1. Go to Affiliates > Tiers and enable Enable multi-tiered referrals option.
    2. From the Affiliates > Tiers settings page, set the Levels value to 1.
    3. Go to Affiliates > Rates and add a new rate. Select Rate and set its Value to 0.3. And select WooCommerce for the integration. (This rate would serve as the OR; Original referrer)
    4. Navigate to Affiliates > Rates and add a new rate. This time, set the rate’s value to 0.05. And For the level field set it to 1.
    5. Click the Create button.

    In doing the above; the Original referrer will receive a 30%(0.3) commission on the orders referred directly. And Level 1 referrals will receive 5%(0.05) commission.
