Commissions /Referral rate

Hi,
I am using Affiliates enterprise for my website, we tested on our website and I purchased $100 with my affiliate account, and I set referral rate value to 0.15 but I only got $1.5. Isn’t 0.15 means 15% which I was supposed to get $15. Could you please help, what I am missing? Is that happening because I used my own affiliate link or ???

    This configuration has to do with commissions granted whenever a new user is referred.

    Did you try to make a purchase after following an affiliate link? Did you checkout as a new user?

    If that doesn’t work for you, i should have a look in your configuration myself. Please send me your credentials at george AT itthinx DOT com.

    Sorry Cevad,

    I misread your post.

    If you used your affiliate account to make a purchase, then you tried to refer yourself. If you want affiliates to refer themselves you should enable the option for auto-referrals under Affiliates>Settings>Referrals.

    Try buying something after following an affiliate link and during checkout create a new user/customer account.

    Your settings are correct if you want to grant a commission based on the net sale amount.

    Affiliate Tiers, although not your case at the moment,are used for multi-level referrals.
    For example, if affiliate A refers a new affiliate B and affiliate B refers a new customer, then affiliate B will get the commission set under Affiliate>Settings>Commissions and affiliate B will get the commission set under level 1. For more info on tiers please have a look at the documentation.

    I already installed affiliates woocommerce, here is the printscreen of my pages, also on tiers it says 0.00 on all levels, should i change something?

    Hi Cevad,

    Your calculations are probably correct.
    Please make sure that you have also installed the appropriate integration for the e-commerce solution you use. For example, if you use WooCommerce you should also install Affiliates WooCommerce integration. It can be installed through Affiliates>Settings>Integrations.
