Commissions on Levels

Hi,

I’m trying to setup the affiliate network so that level 1-4 of the network will not be getting any amount for commission but instead will get a different type of compensation like a service package. I’ve already set the commission rate to 0.(refer to screenshot.) http://i.imgur.com/sB0bfjL.png

But when I check the dashboard, there are still earnings credited to that affiliate even though he is still in level 1 as far as I understand since he was only able to refer 1 person.(refer to screenshot) http://i.imgur.com/bBtnYEJ.png

My questions is first, is the scenario that I placed above possible? Can it be done that way? 2nd, if so, how can I do it?

    Hi Henry,
    Yes, you can do it, but be sure you have not selected the “Level rates are relative” option.
    Rememeber that there is a “level 0”, that is the referral generated directly to the affiliate (you can configure this on Affiliates->Settings:Commissions). Maybe this is the commission that you can see from the affiliate-area page.
