Commissions Not Working

I have accepted referrals made by affiliates however, the sum total of the amounts due does not increase to the correct amount.

Have you checked the filter settings in the Affiliates > Totals section?

If you have closed referrals, are showing accepted referrals only (which would be correct) but still have the dates set for the previous payment period, then the system would correctly show no pending totals for that period of time.
