Commissions not calculated

Dear Team,

thank you very much for your professional help so far. Especially to George and Eugen. 🙂

Now I have again a very important and urgent issue. We are currently setting up a big Network-Business and had more than 1.000 registrations within one week.

Therefore we need to payout commissions on 31st of May (one week from now), but the system doesn’t calculate the rates. We just get “0” commission in 90% of all cases.

As we have got more than 50 different rates, it is very difficult to explain and show this issue in this forum post. Maybe we can solve this together in a private call (which we will pay, of course) and then I will post the solution here in the forum, so that the whole community also profits from our findings.

Please lend us a helping hand here, the future of our young business really depends on it.

    Thanks for the kind words. Please I would need the following so we can best look into the issue;
    * Temporal admin access, to both, live and staging.
    * Enable WP debugging.

    Please email the logins to eugen [at] itthinx [dot] com.

    If you are not familiar with WP debugging here’s what to do:

    Edit your wp-config.php file and replace the following line:
    define(‘WP_DEBUG’, false);
    with these lines:

    define(‘WP_DEBUG’, true);
    define(‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true);
    define(‘WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY’, false);

    A new debug.log file would be created in your wp-content folder.
