Commissions not being added from Coupon Code

I’ve set up the coupon code “jallow”
I’ve assigned the “Coupons” attribute with “jallow” as the value.

3 purchases have been made using this code.

0 commissions have been registered for the affiliate.

Not entirely sure why this is happening.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Closing this topic as the orders have been checked and are correctly related to their referrals.

    I have sent 2 emails regarding this including admin information.
    Could I please get a response.

      Hi Chad,

      Thanks for the access, the orders and referrals are correct. The orders that have the coupon applied have referrals reflecting this, e.g. #6117 and #6120. These and other orders that have the coupon code applied have their corresponding referrals attributed to the affiliate “Jallow”.
