commissions for manual order

hi, I purchased affiliates pro and affiliates permanent. I noticed that if an affiliate manually enters an order for a customer assigned to him, the commissions are not calculated. Is it normal or did I do something wrong? thank you

    Thanks for using our plugin.

    Yes this is normal for orders placed in the back-end. It occurs due to technical limitations, since there is no hook triggered when an order is inserted through the dashboard there is no way to track and record a referral. However, if you add an order the normal way, as a customer would do, the referral will be properly recorded for the affiliate involved.
