Commissions are showing as 0 but rates are set

I have created the affiliate commission rates. We did a test sale, it showed the affiliate but it showed the commission rate as 0 and I’m not sure why. The order is completed. Do I need to add woo commerce integration under rates?

Also we are using the Woo Commerce Integration with PayPal through them, do I also need to download the PayPal Integration with Affiliates Enterprise and set it up again?

    Hi Christine,

    If you have set a general rate on your system and the system grants a 0 commission then this is not normal and I think it’s better for me to have a look at your setup. You can send me temp admin access to george@itthinx.com.
