How do I change the commissions to be sent out monthly when the affiliate has at least $60 in their affiliate account?

    Hi Jennifer,
    Commissions don’t change according to the commission earned.
    If you are using Woocommerce you could create your own custom method using the Affiliates API and change this commission according with this.
    As reference you can use this method. This is based on the number of referrals, not the value, but this can be useful.
