Commission rates and withdrawal

Hi,

Just a little complication here. Hope you can help me. I have a product which has a base price of 250 (USD). Our net income for this is 74USD. Now, we plan to give 70 percent of that 74USD to our affiliates which gives us 51.8USD to affiliates. Our tier level is up to 7, so we divide 70 percent to these level tiers. However, this rate is based on our net income. Our problem is that, in woocommerce, it is the base price that they will deduct for the affiliates, (i guess). So, if this happens, 70 percent will be deducted from 250USD and not from our net income of 74USD (which is what we want). Also because we have different product price, the tiers will not be applied. So, per product should have different tier rates as this have different price (but it is not possible with the system).

How can we implement this one?

With regards to withdrawal, if we pay the affiliate, can we see the amount paid and left in their account? Will this be recorded?

Is there any withdrawal method aside from sending message to admin?

Thanks..

Lloyd

  1. You are welcome Lloyd.

That is what a rate does. Since your net income per product is more or less the same or within a very specific range, you can calculate the commission based on a rate – a percentage. Furthermore, just to remind you that with Affiliates WooCommerce integration you can adjust a different rate per product.

  2. thanks..but we have many products with different base price.. so our rates will not be applied to all.

  3. Hi Lloyd,

Instead of calculating commissions based on net sale price, why don’t you take base price into account. Since the system will calculate the commission of the base price, i think you should try to grant a 20.7% which is the equivalent of 70% of 74USD.
The same calculations you could do to assign the tier level rates.

Regarding the amounts closed(paid), accepted, rejected, pending, you can see them per affiliate under Affiliates > Manage Affiliates.

    Kind regards,
    George
