Commission rate is not correct

hey there,

I did a test order and have the Rate set as .8

When i did a paypal order for .99, it is only showing .64 (not .79) as the commission amount in the stats.

Am i missing something?

    Hi Ken,

    Please go to Affiliates>Referrals and Expand data and details for that referral. What is the total indicated in the details for that referral? This is the amount which is used for the referral calculation and it is the net sale order amount.

      got it George, i mistakenly set it to credit affiliates when they referred just users, not paid members. I’m using the Classipress theme to process payments and didn’t know if there are any other users integrated with it? i haven’t figured it out yet… thanks in advance!
