Commission minus TAX

Hi, We are about to use this plugin for our affiliates. But in our country we need to pay 21% TAX on our products. So the commission is always on a product price excluding the TAX.

On our website all prices are including tax. I see that when a product is purchased from a affiliate link. Commission is based on whatever price is on that product. But we need to pay the commision excluding the tax
For example if a product on our webiste = 369 and we pay a commission of 20%, the commission should not be 73.8 (20% of 369). But 369-21% (tax) = 291.51 and 20% of 58.30 that should be the commission. please advise how to solve this issue. Many thanx.Angar

    Hi Antonio.

    We have only 1 price on our website. That price is including VAT (21%). I tried to buy a product via the affiliate link. Product price on the site was: 369 and i got a commission of 73.8. see the link: http://screencast.com/t/aDTo6wbe.

    so how should we solve this?
    please advise step by step.

      Hi,
      you have not enable TAX in your shop (in Woocommerce->Settings you have not selected “Enable taxes and tax calculations” in TAX tab).
      Also, your affiliates settings are not correctly.
      1.- In Affiliates->Woocommerce Integration you should select “Enable product referral rates” and set a default rate (0.20).
      2.- In Affiliates->Settings select “Referral Amount Method”, click on “Save” and select “Affiliates_WC_Method::product_rates”.

    Hi,
    commissions are always calculated excluding VAT ( commissions are based in net price).
